Jeff Ramsey is a purpose-driven leader with over 30 years of experience in store planning, layout design, and project execution across North America. He founded Vertical Solutions Group to close a critical gap in the industry: the loss of anticipation. In today’s fast-paced environment, Jeff believes success comes not just from execution, but from foresight. VSG was built to help clients avoid costly delays, align strategy with reality, and deliver lasting results through comprehensive, end-to-end retail project execution.

Jeff’s career spans leadership roles with national retailers, where he oversaw thousands of store projects, collaborated with top architectural firms, and supported international initiatives in Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Mexico. His hands-on approach blends operational experience with strategic clarity, allowing him to guide clients from concept to completion with precision and purpose, leveraging tools like LiDAR scanning and digital twin creation for retail environments to enhance accuracy and planning efficiency.



Grounded in his Christian faith, Jeff leads with integrity, service, and a long-term perspective. He lives in Lebanon, TN with his wife Cindy, is a proud “bonus dad” and “Poppy,” and remains active in mission work and community outreach. His leadership philosophy—“Always Looking Up, Moving Forward, and Enhancing Excellence”—drives both his business and his life.
