Based in the San Fernando Valley, Access Document Scanning Services, LLC is a full service record retrieval company, providing flexible, comprehensive on-site and off-site Document Scanning, Mail Scanning, Video Duplication, Computer Software Sales, Imaging Services.
A privately family owned business located in Encino, CA. All work is supervised by the owners, leaving zero margin of errors by using innovative and highly secure equipment that delivers quality and accuracy. Working with a wide range of hard copy documents Access Scanning offers expert integration and utilization of information management systems. Our proven solutions are designed to provide clients with high quality, efficiency and accuracy; ensuring customer satisfaction.

We love taking care of the environment, by re-using paper we can successfully help the environment. Paper, of course, is the main cause of deforestation on a grand scale throughout the continents. In fact, paper fills up 30-40% of US landfill space alone. A study shows an estimated of every 100 kg of waste that is thrown away, 35 kg will be a form of paper. Paper is now made from other plants, such as bamboo and cane sugar, which can be reproduced faster than trees. It is our responsibility to take care of the natural resources that keep us alive.

Our history
Access Scanning Scanning Document Services, LLC was created in 2011 hoping he could help the environment by digitizing paper that can be shred and reused in the future. Right after, ….. filed for a DBA in Los Angeles county to give it legality and start building what the company is now, passing the years demand for scanning services increased, so the team grew (all family members).

In 2016 Access Scanning became an LLC which means company has growth, delivering high quality services to its customers, this comes to say that we will continue following a philosophy of helping the environment for good and hoping we all can have a cleaner planet. Access Scanning is part of The City of Los Angeles Green Business Program since 2018, a program that is focused on helping any type of business be more environmental responsible.

Access Computer Software Store
In 2018 Access Scanning decided to start offering computer software and help clients overcome their digital challenges, that is why Access Scanning partnered up with multiple software manufactures and created Access Software Store to offer genuine software to anyone (Individuals, Commercial, Government, Academic). All software can be purchase at AccessScanning.com and will be available for delivery within minutes or hours. Our prices can be lower than other stores or even manufacturers in many cases and the reason is, we get lower prices directly from manufacturers and transfer those savings to our customers.

Access Computer Software Store is able to re-sale 1,000s of software licenses. If you are looking for an specific software and it is not in our store, contact us and will be happy to find it for you. We are an authorized software re-seller. All software is genuine and shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor.

Our representatives are trained and certified to handle complex document data collection and processing.

Security and privacy
Access Scanning believes in secure network, which helps keep secure our client’s sensitive info and equipment (computers, servers) from hackers. Our customer information and files are secure in a server which has trusted encryption, while our computers are also protected with different anti-viruses and password protected. At least %95 of the documents we digitize are stored or scanned with equipment that is not connected to the internet. All our employees sign our “HIPAA Acknowledgment” and are HIPAA certified.

Facts: As a company we recycle more than 200 lbs of staples, 450 lbs of cardboard, 80,00- lbs of paper a year.
Access Scanning is a certified by the Green Business Program of Los Angeles (greenbusinessca.org), this program helps, encourage and teach business on how to be environmental responsible. By joining this program Access Scanning will be a step closer to a maintain our environment cleaner.
