While training for the Senior Games in swimming, Brigitte needed something energizing, healthy, and easy to pack. She began freeze-drying her protein shakes—then added fruit, pickles, and candy to the mix. The response from friends and local farmers market shoppers was immediate: everyone wanted more.

Today, our brand offers a fun and colorful lineup of freeze-dried snacks, including fruit, candy, pickles, sorbet, and protein shakes. “Hi, I’m Brigitte — the woman behind the snacks. I’m a single mom of two, freeze-dried snack lover, and big dream chaser.

I believe snacks should make your day better-without the guilt or artificial stuff. What started in my kitchen as a personal hack, turned into a brand I LOVE sharing with the world.

In 2019, I lost my incredible husband, Amer. He was the kind of dad who made everything fun and believed in eating healthy and living fully. After he passed, I found healing in movement, swimming laps, training for the Senior Games, until a torn rotator cuff put things on pause. I’ll be back in the pool soon.

Starting Goodies On The Go With Brigitte has been part of my journey forward. When you buy from me, you’re not supporting a big corporation, you’re helping a small dream grow, one snack at a time. Thank you for being part of this adventure. ”
